Renault India has confirmed the launch date for the highly anticipated third-generation Duster SUV as March 17, 2026. This marks the much-awaited return of one of the country’s most popular compact-to-midsize SUVs, which was discontinued in 2022. Prices will be officially announced on launch day, with customer deliveries of the initial turbo-petrol variants scheduled to begin in April 2026. Pre-bookings are currently open at Renault dealerships and online platforms for a token amount of ₹21,000.
The announcement has generated significant interest among buyers, as the new Duster arrives with a refreshed design, modern features, and multiple powertrain choices tailored for the Indian market. The 2026 Renault Duster will debut with two turbo-petrol engines:

Renault is backing the model with an extensive warranty of up to 7 years or 1.5 lakh km under its “Renault Forever” programme.
The SUV will compete in a crowded segment against established players such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Honda Elevate, and the upcoming Tata Sierra.
